Gavin’s mom had convinced herself that she didn’t need to have newborn photos done of him. You see, she didn’t have newborn photos done of her first child for financial reasons. She felt guilty for wanting to do them for the second child, but she also knew if she didn’t do them, she would regret it terribly.

After realizing that we could include Gavin’s big sister in the photo session, it made her decision a little easier and financially she could make it happen. On the day of the session, we captured images of both her babies together which made her one proud momma!

Gavin and his family had to travel about an hour to get to my studio on Wadmalaw, but the drive was worth it to them. Gavin’s momma was shocked at how professional and comforting the studio was. She said she could’ve spent days in the prop closet visualizing different setups and poses! The TV, drinks, and snacks also kept Gavin’s big sister entertained during the session.

In the end, Gavin’s momma was glad she bit the bullet and scheduled the newborn photo session. She said it was a phenomenal experience
and she was in love with all the images from the session!
